Zoe Saldaña is ready to take on the enemy in the Season 3 trailer for Taylor Sheridan‘s espionage thriller series Lioness.
“I’m a soldier. And a soldier’s job is to fight,” Saldaña’s Joe tells her kids before she embarks on her most dangerous mission yet.
Footage then reveals a battlefield as U.S. Secretary of State Edwin Mullins (Morgan Freeman) and CIA Deputy Director of Operations Byron Westfield (Michael Kelly) reveal that national security has been compromised.
Kaitlyn (Kidman) warns Joe, “You must asume they have your phone, assume they have everything. You better get ready.”
The trailer concludes with Edwin saying, “We’ll let the chips fall where they may. May God have mercy on us.”
