The House Judiciary Oversight Subcommittee held a hearing Wednesday about the conditions at Delaney Hall in New Jersey. Since late May, law enforcement has clashed outside the ICE detention center with protestors who say they are demonstrating in solidarity with the detainees who have alleged poor living conditions.
