EXCLUSIVE: Prime Video‘s Reacher has added four new series regulars to its Season 5 cast: Jay Baruchel (FUBAR, This Is the End), Kevin Durand (Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, The Naked Gun), Amanda Ip (Transplant, Plan B, Cross) and Ciara Bravo (Voicemails for Isabelle, The Most Dangerous Game). Season 4 premieres on Wednesday, August 12.
The series adaptation of Lee Child’s bestselling “Jack Reacher” novels follows Reacher (Alan Ritchson), a drifter carrying no phone and the barest of essentials as he travels the country and explores the nation he once served, usually ending up in situations requiring his keen mind and hard-hitting fists.
The fifth season of the drama series is based on the 20th book in Lee Child’s global best-selling series, Make Me. After his train stops in the mysterious town of Mother’s Rest, Reacher teams up with a private investigator in the search for a missing person and uncovers a dangerous and deadly criminal conspiracy.

Baruchel will play Chief Buck Bauer, Durand will play Nokes, Ip will play Michelle Chang, and Bravo will play Eunice.
In addition to Ritchson, the Season 4 cast also includes Sydelle Noel, Chris Marquette, AGNEZ MO, Anggun, Kevin Weisman, Marc Blucas, Kevin Corrigan, and Kathleen Robertson.
Reacher is produced by Paramount Television Studios and Amazon MGM Studios. The series is written for television by Nick Santora (FUBAR, Prison Break), who also executive produces and serves as showrunner. In addition to Santora and Child, Ritchson also serves as an executive producer on Season 4, alongside Don Granger, Scott Sullivan, Mick Betancourt, Lisa Kussner, Sam Hill, Amy Pocha and Seth Cohen. Carolyn Harris and Kenny Madrid are the executives-in-charge of the series for Paramount Television Studios.
