The Community Collective is back again with a fresh cohort of its 8-week program helping businesses turn customers into fans.
This cohort features bestselling author Priya Parker (The Art of Gathering and The Art of Fighting) alongside Jay Clouse, founder of Creator Science and community leaders at the likes of Canva, AWS, Hubspot, and Stripe.
In an age of moat-building and enshittification, the Collective is built around a radical notion: what if your customers actually liked your company?
Co-Founder Paz Pisarsk — who was named Future Leader of the Year at the 2025 Startup Daily Best in Tech Awards — champions a new type of strategic thinking.
“Community is the new currency,” she said. “The old growth playbooks of scaling a business through marketing, social media, ad spend and relying on inconsistent algorithms to get in front of the right people doesn’t always work anymore.”
What started as a small meetup has now grown into an audience of over 21,000 people with a followers in 18 different countries.
Pisarsk describes community as a response to the alienating slop-filled world we now inhabit.
“We are living in a new world, operating in a different era with new technology changing faster than ever before,” she said.
“But some of us are still using the old strategies. Still doing things the same way and wondering why we’re not seeing the results.
“Businesses need a new-world strategy, one that builds real relationships with customers, drives loyalty, creates impact and revenue, and is actually a joy to run. That strategy is community.”
Over 8-weeks, the Community Collective teaches practical frameworks for both building and scaling commuinities along with active case studies.
Pisarsk has expanded accessibility to program this time around to accommodate Northern Hemisphere audiences with dedicated sessions for EU and US time zones — an update that was itself born of community.
“After listening to our members, we’ve made the program truly global,” Pisarski said. “But people don’t just join for the speakers. They join for the people. The relationships, collaborations and opportunities that come out of each cohort are what make this so powerful.
“You can find information anywhere, but surrounding people who’ve mastered what you’re trying to do, that is priceless”
Limited seats are still available for Cohort #9 until August 31.
