EXCLUSIVE: Actress Carrie-Anne Moss has inked with Verve for representation.
An Independent Spirit and Genie Award winner, Moss is fresh off FUBAR, the action comedy series from Netflix and Skydance Television, where she starred opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger. She’ll next be seen starring opposite fellow Canadian Hudson Williams, the Heated Rivalry breakout, in Yaga, a new thriller series from Crave and AMC+. She’s an exec producer on that project, which is launching out of this year’s Toronto Film Festival on September 16.
In addition to FUBAR, Moss has recently been seen starring in Disney+ and Lucasfilm’s The Acolyte. Previously, she had a three-season run opposite Krysten Ritter in Marvel’s Jessica Jones, before reprising her role as power attorney Jeri Hogarth across Marvel series including The Defenders, Daredevil and Iron Fist.
Moss is best known for her iconic action heroine role of Trinity in the Matrix franchise directed by the Wachowskis, as well as Christopher Nolan’s Memento, where she starred opposite Guy Pearce. She earned the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female for her work in the latter.
