Ross Weiner Joins Gersh As Theater Talent Agent

EXCLUSIVE: Agent Ross Weiner has joined the Talent division at Gersh, with an eye toward identifying and developing theater opportunities for clients across the agency’s roster, both on and off Broadway.

Weiner will be based in New York. He previously spent eight years at ICM Partners and CAA, following the latter’s acquisition of ICM in 2022, and began his career at Paradigm. He sits on the Avant Garde Committee at the Park Avenue Armory and is a graduate of Emerson College.

Weiner’s appointment reflects Gersh’s continued investment in specialist expertise across its representation businesses, creating greater connectivity and opportunity for clients across film, television, theater and other areas of entertainment. Led by Siebert, the agency has expanded its capabilities in recent years across Digital, Voice, Sports and other areas, while expanding its presence to 17 countries and continuing to grow its Los Angeles and New York offices.
