Police interrogated Zachariah Rasch about the disappearance of his estranged wife, Crystal Rasch. During the interview, one detective repeatedly asked Zachariah, “What happened to her?” at least six times in a row, insisting they did not believe he was telling the truth. Investigators also questioned him about Crystal’s whereabouts after the couple returned from a getaway. When Zachariah responded, “I brought her back,” detectives pushed back, asking, “What did you do to her?” and noting that Crystal did not appear in any of the vehicle footage collected during the investigation.
