EXCLUSIVE: Concourse Media has acquired worldwide sales rights to the completed ensemble psychological thriller, Blow The Horn, starring Tracee Ellis Ross (Black-ish), Lake Bell (In a World…), Ken Leung (Industry), Joshua Boone (A Jazzman’s Blues), Wrenn Schmidt (For All Mankind) and Dallas Roberts (Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story).

The company will introduce the film to domestic and international buyers at the upcoming American Film Market in Los Angeles.

Written and directed by Nacho Arenas (Momma) as an adaptation of Del Federico’s play, the film recently made its world premiere at the Woodstock Film Festival before continuing its festival run at the Newport Beach Film Festival. The film was produced by Arenas alongside Jamin O’Brien (Die My Love).

Based on Matías Del Federico’s Argentine stage play Bajo Terapia, the film “follows three couples who arrive at a Brooklyn artist’s studio expecting individual sessions with their psychologist. Instead, they discover their therapist left behind a letter and a series of sealed envelopes instructing them to conduct their own unconventional group therapy session, which quickly spirals into an increasingly volatile confrontation as long-buried secrets, betrayals and uncomfortable truths come to light. As the couples turn on one another and their relationships begin to unravel, the session builds toward a series of revelations that challenge everything they thought they knew about their partners.”

“What’s exciting about Blow The Horn is that it takes a universally relatable subject and turns it into something wildly entertaining, unpredictable and genuinely provocative,” said Kristin Harris, head of acquisitions at Concourse Media. “Coming off its premieres at Woodstock and Newport Beach, we’re excited to bring it to buyers at AFM.”

Concourse’s slate also includes Parish starring Nicolas Cage, Dane Dehaan and Alexandra Shipp, which wraps production this week in Minnesota, and Vision Board starring Lucy Hale, which is currently in pre-production.
