Top DOJ officials resign after midterm landslide, including head of ‘grand conspiracy’ investigation

WASHINGTON — The Donald Trump appointee who headed the office running a “grand conspiracy” investigation into federal law enforcement officials who were involved in prior investigations of Trump has resigned.
