BET Awards host Druski knows how to get attention.
After sparking anger by donning whiteface in his recent NASCAR and Erika Kirk skits, the viral comedian has done it again for a promo of his BET Awards gig.
The setup sees the awards show’s former host, Chris Rock, interviewing attendees at the “Desert Rodeo.” Most of them are older and white and most of them have no idea what the BET Awards is or who Shaboozey or Don Toliver are.
Of course, one of the interviewees is Druski in white makeup, jeans and a cowboy hat.

BET revealed in April that the comedian and online creator will host this year’s BET Awards. The 2026 installment airs live on Sunday, June 28 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. With the selection, Druski becomes the event’s youngest-ever host, eclipsing Kevin Hart, who previously held the distinction.
Might we see similar characters on the telecast?
“I’m still bringing my brand of comedy to the stage, so expect a little chaos, a lot of laughs, and some of your favorite Druski characters to pop out along the way,” he said in the April announcement.
