Autopsy Testimony Challenges Accused Wife Killer’s Claim

Medical examiner Dr. Kenneth Gallagher describes performing the autopsy on victim Saria Barney. Dr. Gallagher noted that Barney’s manner of death was homicide, with the cause of death injury being a penetrating intermediate range gunshot wound of the head. The medical examiner detailed that the projectile entered the forehead, passed through the bone and into her brain. Prosecutors say Zarrius Hildabrand killed Barney, however, Hildabrand claims that Barney took her own life. (6/17/26)
