EXCLUSIVE: Range has signed award-winning Everything Everywhere All at Once and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel actress.
Hsu received a Supporting Actress Oscar nomination, a Best Breakthrough Performance Independent Spirit win, and an Actors Award for Ensemble Cast for her dual role as Joy/Jobu in A24’s Everything Everywhere All at Once. The movie grossed close to $150M WW and landed seven Oscars including Best Picture.
Additionally, Hsu was honored at the Hamptons Film Festival as their Breakthrough Artist honoree, the Middleburg Film Festival as their Rising Star honoree, the Newport Film Festival as one of Variety’s “10 Actors to Watch,” the San Francisco Film Festival with “The George Gund III Award for Breakthrough Performance” and at the Santa Barbara Film Festival as one of their Virtuosos honorees.
Most recently, Hsu made her return to Broadway as Janet in the Tony-nominated production of The Rocky Horror Show at Studio 54, directed by Sam Pinkleton. For her performance, Hsu was nominated at the Tonys for Best Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical. She also received individual nominations for the Drama Desk Awards and Drama League Awards.

Up next, Hsu will lend her voice in the upcoming animated feature In Waves, alongside Will Sharpe, which was acquired by Netflix out of Cannes. The film also played TIFF and will stream on Netflix on Dec. 11.
Additionally, Hsu will voice Margot in the upcoming animated musical comedy film Steps alongside Ali Wong and Amanda Seyfried. The film will release on Netflix globally on Nov. 20. Additional animated projects Hsu was a part of include Netflix’s Leo and Blue Eye Samurai, DC & Max Originals’ Kite Man: Hell Yeah! and Prime Video’s The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy, and the Oscar nominated Dreamworks film The Wild Robot.
Hsu shared an ensemble series Actors Award (previously SAG Award) for her turn on Amazon’s Emmy winning show The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Other TV credits include Peacock’s Laid, on which she serves as an EP, Rian Johnson’s Poker Face, Disney+’s American Born Chinese as well the feature films Lionsgate’s Joy Ride and Universal’s The Fall Guy.
Hsu made her start in experimental theater before making her way to Broadway, where she originated the roles of Karen The Computer in SpongeBob Squarepants The Musical and Christine Canigula in the audience favorite Broadway sensation, Be More Chill, the latter of which she received a Lucille Lortel Award nomination and a Drama Desk Award Nomination.
