Candace Bushnell and The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Margaret Josephs are joining the cast of The Golden Life, Season 1.
E! has ordered additional episodes of the reality series that reunites the OG cast of Bravo‘s The Real Housewives of New York City as they live their luxurious lives in Palm Beach, FL.
The new episodes will take Kelly Bensimon, Countess Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan, and Ramona Singer to the Hamptons, where they will meet the Sex and the City author and the former RHONJ star.
Bushnell and Josephs will make appearances throughout the Hamptons-based episodes. New friends bring new drama; from the glitzy beaches of Palm Beach to the private dunes of the Hamptons, the ladies expand their exclusive social circle, bringing in new hijinks, posh parties, and so much more.

“We’re incredibly encouraged by what we’ve seen so far on The Golden Life and are thrilled to expand the season with additional episodes and to welcome Candace and Margaret to E!,” said Val Boreland, President of Entertainment, Versant. “We can’t wait to see what unfolds as the ladies take over the Hamptons this summer.”
Bushnell is not new to reality TV, having been featured on The Real Housewives of New York City multiple times throughout its run. The infamous scene where Medley says, “I’ll tell you how I’m doing… Not well, b***h,” was a moment where she was talking to Bushnell.
E! will premiere the first half of The Golden Life this fall.
RHONY alum Jill Zarin was originally cast in the show but was fired after a racist rant on social media over Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl performance. Soon after Zarin’s firing, the network confirmed Medley would join the cast.
The Golden Life is produced by Blink49 Studios with Tara Long, Nadine Rajabi, Mark Ford and Ben Megargel serving as executive producers.
