After 19 years in Century City, MPTF’s annual Evening Before gathering is moving to a new neighborhood. It is relocating to the Pacific Design Center, a venue steeped in Emmy party tradition as the longtime pre-pandemic venue of HBO’s Emmy afterparty.
HBO Max had set up shop at the San Vicente Bungalows since and is one of several established Emmy shindigs to keep its location from last year, alongside the Disney afterparty, the NBCUniversal celebration, the BAFTA Tea Party and FX’s private reception, with Netflix, Apple TV, WME and the Warner Bros. Television Group all on the move. Joining the Emmy party pack this year is A24.
The historic Chateau Marmont is the most popular 2026 venue, serving as backdrop of FX and A24’s events as well as THR and SAG-AFTRA’s Emmy Nominees Night on Sept. 12.
