One of Donald Trump‘s favorite Fox anchors is now no longer with the Rupert Murdoch media empire
“Effective today, Maria Bartiromo is no longer with FOX News Media,” the company said of the Fox Business host.
“We thank Maria for her work over the last 12 ½ years and wish her all the best on her next chapter,” Fox Media briskly added of the controversial Bartiromo. In very much the same tone as the sudden tossing of Tucker Carlson back in 2023 , there was no reason given for Bartiromo’s equally sudden exit. The long time small screen host has not said anything on her social feeds or otherwise.

The timing is certainly telling to some, as today is the first White House press briefing since Karoline Leavitt left the post. Vice President JD Vance is scheduled to conduct the oddly delayed briefing that was supposed to start at 10 am PT/1 pm ET.
Known as the “Money Honey” for her years covering Wall Street live from floor of the New York Stock Exchange, Bartiromo was last on Fox Business back on August 9. She was last seen on-air on Fox News on August 9. Going forward, Mornings with Maria will now be called Morning with Fox Business and feature rotating hosts over the next few weeks. Bartiromo’s now former FNC showe Sunday Morning Futures will be fronted by Jason Chaffetz this week, with a new permanent host to be named in the near future, I hear.
Very open in recent years about her MAGA leanings and always providing a welcome platform for former Apprentice host Trump in and out of office, Bartiromo joined Fox in 2014 after two decades at CNBC.
Bartiromo is repped by CAA
