Opposition fighters withdraw from capital of Ethiopia’s northern Tigray region

Government-allied fighters entered Mekelle, the capital of Ethiopia’s northern Tigray region, a witness said, after the rebel Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) announced its withdrawal.
