Yes! PEARL iZUMi offers free FedEx Ground Economy shipping on all orders over $99. If your order is under $99, then there’s a flat shipping fee of $9.99.
Free Ground Economy shipping cannot be used for PO Boxes, APO/DPO addresses, or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, which require expedited shipping.
What is the PEARL iZUMi warranty policy?
PEARL iZUMi gear comes with a lifetime warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If your apparel fails due to a manufacturing flaw, PEARL iZUMi will repair or replace it. However, this warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper washing, modifications, or crash damage.
Do PEARL iZUMi shoes run small?
Yes, PEARL iZUMi cycling shoes generally run small compared to standard street shoes and even some other cycling brands like Shimano. For example, we at Cycling Weekly reviewed the PEARL IZUMi Select Road shoes, and they ran a size smaller.
Does PEARL IZUMi make running shoes?
No, PEARL iZUMi does not make running shoes anymore, they did used to sell running shoes, such as their E:Motion (EM) road and trail running lines, but in 2017 PEARL IZUMi decided to focus wholly on cycling.
