The Hunting Wives recently wrapped filming Season 2 of the Netflix series, and stars Malin Akerman, Brittany Snow, and Jaime Ray Newman are teasing that there’s more “naughtiness” to come.
While attending Bravo‘s 2026 Las Culturistas Culture Awards, the trio gave Deadline a peek into what viewers can expect for the new season.
“We can’t give away too much ’cause we don’t want to take away the surprise element for y’all, but you won’t be disappointed, I’ll tell you that much,” Akerman told us. “There’s a lot more of everything.”
Snow said, “If anything, everyone is going to be like, ‘Wait, they went, where? They did what?’”

“So you’re welcome,” Akerman added.
When asked about the show being so naughty for its explicit scenes and if the new season would continue in that same vein, Newman joked, “Naughtiness? More!”
Snow added, “There’s definitely not less.”
The Hunting Wives was created by Rebecca Cutter, based on the May Cobb novel of the same name, and is produced by Lionsgate Television and 3 Arts Entertainment. The steamy series follows Snow as Sophie as she and her family move from Boston to Texas and finds herself consumed by obsession, seduction, and murder.
Season 2’s logline of the show says, “Sophie and Margo (Akerman) are on the outs. But soon enough, old secrets and new foes force them back together. As they play their dangerous games, the question arises: Are they the hunters or the hunted?”
The new season has added more names to its roster with John Stamos (Palm Royale), Dale Dickey (Fallout), and Cam Gigandet (Burlesque) joining the Netflix series in recurring roles.
Las Culturistas Culture Awards airs Wednesday, June 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo and will simulcast on Peacock.
