EXCLUSIVE: Netflix has begun production in Los Angeles on its new comedy series A Hundred Percent, adding Tiffany Boone (The Big Cigar, Nine Perfect Strangers) and Lisa Gilroy (The Studio, Jury Duty) to the recurring cast alongside previously announced stars Nick Kroll, Sam Richardson, Jason Mantzoukas, Vanessa Bayer, and Diane Lane.
A Hundred Percent is a half-hour comedy about a group of friends who are stars in the world of wellness and self-optimization. Their books, podcasts, and morning routines might help us live our lives more perfectly, but away from the screens and mics, they are most definitely far from perfect.
Boone will playAbby, a fun, outgoing new mom. The wife of a motivational speaker, his rock, and eventually his brand manager.

Gilroy as Jess, a movement therapist turned female empowerment influencer. Her star is majorly on the rise since leaving our hero and publishing an inspirational book about it, Big Girl Panties.
Netflix picked up the series in January, joining the streamer’s live-action comedy slate, which also includes Nobody Wants This, Running Point, A Man on the Inside, Emily in Paris, Tires, Survival of the Thickest, Big Mistakes, and the upcoming The Hawk, starring Will Ferrell.
A Hundred Percent will film in Los Angeles, joining other Netflix shows, including Monster S4, The Lincoln Lawyer S5, Forever S2, The Hawk, Nobody Wants This S3, Leanne S2, Running Point S2, Beef S2, A Man on the Inside S2, and films The Rip, Animals, and One Attempt Remaining.
Gabe Liedman (PEN15, Brooklyn Nine-Nine) serves as showrunner, executive producer, and writer. In addition to starring, Kroll also writes and executive produces. Additional EPs include Max Joseph and Alex Plapinger.
Boone can soon be seen starring opposite Mahershala Ali in the Amazon Prime feature Your Mother, Your Mother, Your Mother, and most recently starred in the Apple+ limited series The Big Cigar and prior to that, the Hulu series Nine Perfect Strangers. She can also be seen starring with George Clooney and David Oyelowo in the Netflix feature The Midnight Sky. She was also a series regular in the Amazon series Hunters, as well as the Hulu limited series Little Fires Everywhere. Boone is repped by CAA, Vault Entertainment and Toczek, Suddleson.
