Fox Business reported that Lutnick emphasized the importance of this move during an appearance on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” highlighting the upcoming joint review scheduled for July 2026. This review is a part of the agreement’s sunset clause, which mandates an evaluation every six years and sets the agreement to expire after 16 years unless extended by all parties.
